If you plan to join the conference in Urgench, it is recommended you make your flight reservations as soon as possible. This is because the conference will take place near the ancient city of Khiva with more than 2700 years of history and one of the most popular historical sightseeing where tourists travel a lot. As spring is the most convenient season for tourism, the airlines may be overloaded.

One more thing, when you arrive in Tashkent, you should transfer your flight to Urgench using International Airport terminal 3 for domestic flights. Alternatively, you may use direct train service.

It takes around 15 minutes by car to get to the University campus from the Urgench International airport.
